We provide Free Postage on all orders delivered to the UK mainland only.
UK shipments will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders are dispatched during the days of Monday – Friday (excluding all UK Bank Holidays).
We will notify you once your orders have been dispatched and are on their way to you.
In the unlikely event of your item not being delivered, please contact us where we will be happy to help.
Please note, an item is considered lost by Royal Mail if it has not been delivered by the due date plus an additional 10 working days.
Once Royal Mail has deemed an item lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
If you’ve purchased an item you’re unhappy with, please contact us where we will gladly help.
Refunds are accepted on items that are returned to us within 14 days. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and unused, except for faulty items.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by yourself unless the product is found to be faulty then Freepost Magic will cover the costs.
Faulty items will be exchanged for a working version of the same product or a full refund will be given if desired.
Decks of Cards must be returned fully shrink wrapped and unopened, except for cards that have printing errors.
