From the author of the best-selling “Pack Flat Illusions for Kids & Family Shows” comes a sequel jam-packed with even more new and amazing large-scale stage effects for the modern kids and family show magician.
The book features a collection of ten original stage routines and illusions that pack flat and play big. Just as importantly, the illusions are easy to understand, simple to build and inexpensive to put together.
The effects are modern and topical using items that everyone will be familiar with; such as a gift box, balloon animal, backpack, length of rope, fruit juice box, teapot, iPad or cardboard carton.
Most of the routines and illusions can be performed solo, without the need for any assistants.
Kids and family show magicians of all levels will be able to easily integrate the routines into their existing shows without trouble. Many of the routines can also be customized for school and educational shows.
Whether you perform for birthday parties, carnivals, malls, schools, festivals or family events, you will find something to enhance and add to the scale of your show.
The book details full building plans, material lists and presentations for illusions and stage effects such as:

Are these illusions expensive and difficult to build?
These illusions are even easier to build and less expensive to build than the illusions in the first “Pack Flat Illusions for Kids & Family Shows”. Most are very simple that you could put together in minutes. Others will require a basic workshop with the ability to cut/join wood as well as metal angles or flat bars.
In the field of illusions, the illusions would be considered very affordable to build and relatively easy for an experienced builder.
Can the illusions be performed surrounded?
Most illusions can be performed surrounded, if not with the audience on 3 sides. But some illusions cannot be viewed from the top.
How different are these illusions from illusions detailed in your other books?
These illusions are designed specifically with the kids/family audience in mind. So the plots, routines and presentations are geared for that audience and market. The illusions are also designed with the professional, semi-pro or part-time worker so they are relatively inexpensive and can be transported easily.
Do I need to have illusion knowledge to understand this book?
You do not need any illusion knowledge. While these are professional level illusions, the book is also written as an introductory to professional illusions, methods and techniques with detailed references listed.
