Price
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. We try to ensure that all the prices shown on this website are accurate. However, occasionally products are mis priced. Where a product's correct price is lower than the stated price we will issue a refund for the difference and dispatch the order in the usual way. Where a product's correct price is higher than the stated price we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order. All prices include VAT where applicable at its current rate.
Delivery
Delivery on all items seen on our website is free within the UK mainland only. Additional charges may be incurred for residents outside of mainland UK, please e-mail if accurate rates are required. We will post to most destinations internationally, accurate postage rates will apply. We aim to dispatch all items the same working day, if not the following working day. Proof of postage will be retained and recorded.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Goods for delivery outside the European Community may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient. You assume full responsibility for complying with any importation regulations. Payment
We accept most payment types including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Delta, JCB and Connect card types. Secure payment using the above payment types is offered through Paypal. If freepostmagic.co.uk commits to making a refund, payment will be promptly re-debited through Paypal.
Right for you to cancel your order
You are entitled to cancel your order up until your item is posted. You do not have to give any reason for your cancellation, nor will you be charged a penalty. Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail. Once you have notified us that you are canceling your contract, any sum debited by us from your payment card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or we do not deliver to your area. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Certain services are only available if you complete the registration process. By completing the registration process, you are stating that you are at least eighteen years of age or a minor with parental consent to use our website. Incidents beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver any goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire explosion or accident.

Returns
Returns are happily accepted for any damaged/incomplete items. Due to the nature of magic, we do not offer refunds, as buyers are purchasing the secret as well as the actual item itself. However, in particular circumstances, refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
